Rosie Cruz | City Hall Office Manager

Rosie serves as the City Hall Office Manager for Councilwoman Monica Rodriguez. She is the first point of contact to help and welcome visitors. She is responsible for front desk duties, answering phones, reviewing and distributing correspondence, facilitates with certificate requests and resolutions. She handles all parking requests and manages the day to day functions of the City Hall office.

Rosie brings over 20 years of customer service management experience to the team. She managed and coordinated budgets, sales, staff, and was always available to help customers with all their needs.

Rosie is a lifelong resident of the City of Los Angeles, where she is an active community member and is involved with her children’s educational growth. She lives with her husband of 18 years, Jaime, and her two children, Xavier and Mia-Rose.
