Mark your calendars: summer movie nights are back in the Northeast San Fernando Valley. Bring your family, friends, and pack a picnic for a movie night under the stars. All movie screenings begin at 7:30 PM. Popcorn will be provided.
Join us for a free movie screening of Raising Zoey and a panel discussion on LGBTQ family acceptance within the Latino community at Pacoima City Hall on June 23rd. Come hear from 13 year-old trans activist Zoey Luna who in the face of bullying and endless teasing from both school officials and students, continues to courageously live her life and tell her story in hopes of helping others with similar experiences. CicLAvia is returning to the Valley on Sunday, June 24th! Panorama City, Arleta and Pacoima will host the country's largest open streets event. Streets will be closed to cars and open for cyclists, pedestrians, runners and skaters to use as a recreational space!

- CicLAvia is FREE!
- CicLAvia lasts from 9 AM until 4 PM
- CicLAvia closes streets to car traffic and opens them for people to walk, skate, bike, play, and explore parts of Los Angeles.
- CicLAvia is not a race! There's no starting point or finish line - begin where you like and enjoy the day your way.
- CicLAvia traffic flows in two directions, just like regular traffic. Check out some more safety tips.

Free workshop focusing on Human Resources and the minimum wage increase that takes effect on July 1st. The City of LA and the Bureau of Contract Administration will present.
